On the Multi-seesaw from the Pirates series, many children can enjoy a ride across the waves together. The seesaw has space for children to either sit on the seats and start seesawing, or they can hop onto the non-slip platform in the middle. As part of a true pirate universe, the multi-seesaw resembles a ship, and encourages imaginative role-play.
At the same time, keeping the seesaw rocking trains the children’s cooperation and communication. This is great exercise for their social skills, as well as strengthening their sense of togetherness when having a fun time on the seesaw together.
A patented spring mechanism with stop blocks ensures that the see-saw cannot hit the ground.
1/7
The seesaw has extra space so that lots of children can enjoy a seesaw together. This strengthens their sense of togetherness and collaboration.
2/7
A 3 mm thick rubber coating on the seat ensures that children sit securely – even when seesawing wildly.
3/7
When seesawing, playing on the swings and balancing, children train their vestibular sense. This has a bearing on their language and basic motor development as well as their movement and concentration. Children with a strong vestibular sense are more open to new challenges.
4/7
Interacting with the movement of the play equipment makes children more aware of the relationship between cause and effect. This is an important part of supporting their logical sense.
5/7
Children train their collaborative and communication skills when playing together on the equipment. How wild shall the ride be? And which way shall we go?
6/7
Children use their whole body to keep their balance and coordinate their movements on the play equipment. Balance and coordination are fundamental to children’s physical and cognitive development, and it is therefore important that they are stimulated from an early age.
7/7
Children use their major muscle groups and strengthen their gross motor skills when playing on the play equipment. Gross motor skills are vital for both their basic motor development as well as their fine motor skills.
