We specialise in developing and manufacturing playground equipment, and even though our play equipment is designed to withstand all kinds of weather, it is equally suitable for indoor play environments.
In fact, many of our products can be used both indoors and outdoors. Often, there will not be a need for a complete playground with many different pieces of play equipment indoors. Instead, individual pieces of play equipment can be used in communal areas, activity rooms or to create a special ‘zone’ in a corridor.
Please note that it may be necessary to have rubber mats or other rubber surfacing in connection with indoor play equipment.

Play equipment for indoor use adds special value in an institutional context. The different pieces of equipment are ideal for supporting the work of childcare professionals when they need to focus on children’s development.
Our play equipment is designed with children and for children, and we therefore always have their natural development in mind during our design processes. Our play equipment supports the development of the body, senses and movement in particular, but also children’s social and personal development. This is important, as we want to create play equipment that is fun to use, but which is also beneficial for children.
Our Brown Bear slide, for example, is designed to be more than just a slide supporting children’s motor skills and balance. The ‘cave’ under the slide can also be used as a hideaway, where children can share secrets or create a quiet oasis for themselves, while the sleeping bear motif and shape of the slide stimulate the children’s imagination and encourage role-play. In this way, a single piece of play equipment can serve multiple purposes.
LEDON MiniPlay also features a mood panel, where the symbol details promote language training or can be used as topics for discussion as part of the child’s cognitive and social development. The panel will also help children to talk about how they are feeling by referring to the iconic faces, and in this way make it easier for children to express themselves.

Here, our MiniPlay theme world is a popular choice, as it is specifically developed for 0 to 4-year-olds. The series includes, for example, the Brum the Bee crawling bridge, which is particularly popular with tots and toddlers trying to practise their balance and learning to crawl and walk.
