LEDON always prepares assembly instructions for each product so that customers are able to assemble and install their new play equipment. At the bottom of each product page, it is possible to download assembly instructions, and they will also be supplied with the actual product.
The delivery time can vary considerably, depending on the product. We endeavour to hold sufficient stocks for most products to be delivered within 4 to 7 weeks. If you want to know about the delivery time of particular products, you are very welcome to contact your dealer.
LEDON’s play equipment is delivered on pallets, which ensures easy and efficient packing that saves on resources while keeping costs to a minimum. For example, several products are designed to fit on a single pallet. This reduces the risk of transport damage and significantly minimises shipping costs. When delivering one or more pieces of playground equipment, assembly instructions are always included for each product. The assembly instructions are intended to help customers easily and quickly assemble and install the product. Should you have problems assembling/installing your new product, you are of course always welcome to contact your dealer.
